Which different picture hangers are available?

Since not every picture is the same size and weight, there are countless picture hanging systems for the different picture types. The decisive factor in choosing the right picture hook, picture hanger or adhesive sheet is its load-bearing capacity. A distinction is therefore made between picture hangers for small and light pictures and hangers for large and heavy picture frames. Picture hangers for small and light pictures

Picture eyelets are a simple and quick solution for hanging small and light picture frames on the wall. The Eyelets can be easily attached to the back of the frame and are not visible from the front. You can attach these eyelets to your wall with borers and dowels, for example.

Picture hangers for relativly heavy pictures

Sawtooth picture hangers are an often chosen solution for medium sized pictures. They are available in different versions, which can vary depending on the load capacity and frame format. Sawtooth picture hangers can be flexibly attached to the back of the frame and also do not have to be placed in the middle of the picture. In addition, there are self-adhesive adhesive plates, which are particularly suitable for hanging Alu-Dibond or acrylic glass prints without frames. These self-adhesive adhesive plates (also called suspension plates, mirror hooks or mirror holders) are stuck to the back of the smooth surface of the picture. With the additional spacers, the picture always stands a few millimetres away from the wall, giving the frameless picture a free-floating impression.
